Q: What is the MOQ??

A: 500 sets and for sure can be less for stocks

Q: Sample & Order Lead time?

A: 1day for stock sample, 7-15working days for prototype samples. For mass production normal 35 days for mass production.

Q: Can you do our design or sizes or heating area request?

A: Yes, we do all customizations, our engineer team can help to make your own design, sizes are ok, also you can choose the heating area.

Q: If you are factory? Where are you?

A: Yes, with own factory over 8000sqm in Dongguan city where close to HK and Canton

Q: You do heating system or you do clothing sewing??

A: We do ALL, with own electronic department and sewing lines

Q: If you have certifications?

A: Yes, CE(EMC, LVD), ROHS, REACH, FCC, IC, PSE...

Q: Can i do a mixture order with different style and size??

A: Yes, we always support as we could

Q: If you have warranty?

A: At least 1 year round warranty

Q: What materials be used??

A: Depends on your requst, such as Nylon, Polyester, Neoprene, 3M, Down, Cotton, FAN-TEX, HIPORA...

Q: What Packaging do you have？

A: One bag in one PE bag, Can customize color box, mailing box, EVA, etc.

A: We do FCL, LCL shipping service, Even for shipping to FBA (Door-Door)
